I have got a very exemplary attitude and behaviour towards culture and diversity and I will work for to promote an Orthopaedics Team and Community where everyone feels welcome, respected and truly represent the community we care for.

I will also work with other networks and communities across the UK, will learn from each other and will share resources and support to create a very positive change in orthopaedics surgical communities.

I feel I would stimulate a positive change in work cultures and would be able to build a more diverse and and inclusive environment.
